2 weeks straight so far, 14-16 hour days of solid work. I am 5' 9" and started at 208# and a 36" waist, at 196# and back to a 34" waist. And every part of me hurts! Too old for this shit.

Nice work Cal! I'm down about 10lbs and I've lost a couple of notches on my belt...

Friday's workout was an ass-kicking... I'm still sore today! I have to say that I'm completely addicted to this... Never in my life have I wanted to workout this bad. It's fun and the feeling right after class is like crack.... You're exhausted, but you feel amazing at the same time.

Today's workout...

warmup and stretching (500m rowing) 10 min misc stretching. 

Power lifting form training. Overhead snatch-and-hold 6x3 80%of max weight

Workout of the Day (WOD) 

1 set equals: 15 deadlifts, 400m sprint, rope climb. (do these three as many times as you can in 15 minutes.)

I did three sets.... I wanted to die during the second set... Got pissed off at myself and barely finished the third set in time. There is something downright evil about asking someone to sprint after doing deadlifts... FUCK ME THAT HURTS!

Just a little update... Took a week off for the birth of my son... Today was my first day back... I was amazed at how much easier it was. I'm down about 20lbs now and feeling damn good. Now if this heat would just let up a bit.

So..... Almost 2 years later..... How's it going? 

I am about 10 pounds heavier than I was then. Not a hard bar to set!
