By all accounts, (except for those that will never give the other party credit) Governor Scott Walker grades out an "A" for his work as Wisconsin Governor. He has done so well in fact that he is now the front runner for the Republican nomination for President in 2016.
But he may run into a problem with his campaign. Mr. Walker does not have a college degree. He spent three years at Marquette before leaving school for a job with the Red Cross. A job he said he could just not pass up.
So that begs the question, does his lack of a degree matter, or is executive experience and common sense enough.
Our current President graduated from Harvard and the President before him from Yale. Neither did or has done a bang up job as commander and chief.
I say the College degree should make little if no difference. Intelligence and common sense are not magically part of a college degree. I just hope the lack of a college degree is not an issue in Walkers run for the President.
