"He has three winning seasons under his belt..."

In 11 years.

and how many Packer Receptions (picks) wink

 how some seeing this clown getting signed by anyone is beyond me ,... I've known he wasn't anything special when he was in Denver

::::::Shruggin Shouldlers :::::::

nothing special in denver? He was heading up lol...Id say the lack of jays success in Chicago is more at the hands of the organization than on him....history kind of backs this up...and Im sure about 30 other Qbs would be in line to argue the same just sayin ;)

Well Ron Turner pulled what should have been a pro bowl year out of Erik Kramer in 1995 but couldn't make head ways with Cutler... I just feel Cutler could have been paired with the same coaches for 10 years and he would still be the same guy.  Just doesn't seem to be the most coachable guy or are the Bears just that awful at selecting offensive coaches.

I wish I knew...hell he could be just an uncoachable guy, but all I can do is go with the evidence provided....and the evidence say Chicago hasnt done jack for offense since Ditka and he was blessed with Sir Walter...Ditka did finally give him a line to work with though, but since then Chicago has SHAT on the offensive side of the ball and especially the QB position...Jay did come off of a pro bowl year in Denver after he almost died form a disease in 07 lol, so Id say as a young gun slinger he probably would have seen much more success in Denver had they stayed the course rather than going to where Qbs go to die.

and honestly I dont think Turner should have been fired after the first year...I think he was an Angelo/Smith scapegoat

Perhaps I'm confused.......... But Turner was hired twice by the Bears, the second time under Angelo/Smith in which he was the OC from 2005 through 2009 (fired January 2010). He was not fired after his first year either time he coached in Chicago.

It was kinda looked at he was blamed for Cutler's struggles in his first season with Chicago in 2009, that of the 26 INT season.
